This year, Jean Paul Gaultier for Hermès asked SOLSTISS to produce an exclusive lace design inset with the unforgettable "horse and carriage" trademark image of the House of Hermès.
Starting from an accurate drawing, 472 pairs of coodinates were entered 3800 times and 4000 Jacquard cards punched 3 times. A few weeks later, a magnificent 12 point lace, one of the finest and most beautiful ever created for the ready-to-wear fashion scene, leaves the factory for "24 Faubourg".[More...]
